1. Goto: Settings > Data > Create a New Profile
2. Give it the below info,
Access Point Name : Celloneportal
Proxy : 192.168.51.163 (or) 192.168.87.163
Port : 8080
Home Page : m.yahoo.com
3. Save it!.
4. Browse Internet by setting the created profile as default.
